Terms of Use
Terms governing the VELORA website, waitlist registration and optional pilot-testing applications.
Introduction
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the VELORA pre-launch website.
VELORA is an intelligent reception service being developed by Tansir Artificial Intelligence & Quantum Company Limited (TAIQ).
The website provides information about the proposed service and is intended to allow businesses to register their interest and apply for early testing cohorts when registration opens.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the website or submitting information through our forms.
Waitlist Registration
Joining the VELORA waitlist records your interest in the proposed service. A newly recorded registration may receive an automated confirmation; it does not enrol you in a promotional mailing list.
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to submit an email address that you are authorised to use for business communications.
Waitlist registration does not establish a customer account, paid subscription, commercial service agreement, or service level commitment.
Pilot Testing
VELORA may invite selected businesses to participate in early product testing, demonstrations, research, or validation programmes.
Participation in any pilot programme is entirely voluntary and subject to availability, technical compatibility, and suitability criteria.
A newly recorded pilot application may receive an automated receipt. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, early access, or feature availability. Additional pilot participation agreements may be required before any testing commences.
Product Availability
VELORA is currently under active development.
Descriptions of proposed capabilities, features, functionality, call routing, and availability represent development intentions rather than contractual commitments or performance guarantees.
Features, specifications, release dates, and eligibility requirements may change without prior notice as development evolves.
Acceptable Use
Visitors must not misuse the website or interfere with its normal, lawful operation. Prohibited activities include:
- Submitting fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading information.
- Attempting unauthorised access to server infrastructure or administrative endpoints.
- Distributing malicious code, viruses, or harmful technical payloads.
- Impersonating other individuals, organisations, or businesses.
- Using automated scrapers, bots, or robotic systems to disrupt website availability.
- Attempting to probe, scan, or compromise website security or integrity.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, infrastructure, and other users.
Intellectual Property
The VELORA name, brand identity, visual systems, website design, written editorial content, graphics, iconography, audio styling, and related materials belong exclusively to their respective owners or licensors.
Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, these materials may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written authorisation.
Feedback and Suggestions
If you choose to send feedback about VELORA, you retain your rights in it and allow us to use it to evaluate and improve the proposed service.
Please do not include confidential customer information or business secrets in feedback submitted through the website.
Website Availability
We aim to maintain a secure and reliable website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability.
The website may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, emergency repairs, or external infrastructure issues.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the pre-launch website or any portion of it at our discretion.
The website may link to external services or websites. We do not control their content or privacy practices; review their notices before using them.
No Commercial Service Agreement
Using the website, joining the waitlist, or completing a pilot questionnaire does not establish a commercial reception services contract or customer relationship.
If a commercial VELORA service becomes available, separate terms will apply.
Disclaimer
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for general informational and pre-launch registration purposes.
While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of future features.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tansir Artificial Intelligence & Quantum Company Limited and its officers, directors, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the pre-launch website.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under English law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time as VELORA develops.
The latest version will be published on this website with an updated date. Please review it when you next use the website.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer or business protections that apply under local law.
